Since 2023, Py4High has been on a mission to bridge the digital skills gap for students in marginalized communities across Ghana.
Our Mission
To train a growing generation of Ghanaian tech innovators and leaders, equipped with the skills, mindset, and vision to understand Ghana's unique business, economic and technological challenges so they can develop sustainable and profitable solutions to these challenges.

Bridging the Digital Divide
Students in marginalized communities across Ghana lack early exposure and hands-on training in the tech field. Without access to mentors, equipment, or structured learning paths, talented young people miss the opportunity to participate in the global technology economy.
Py4High addresses this head-on with intensive, hands-on programs that provide not just technical training, but also the mentorship, materials, and community support that students need to thrive.

From Vision to Impact
Founded
Py4High established on January 1st in Deduako, Kumasi — beginning the mission to empower Ghanaian youth through technology education.
First Cohort
Launched the first Software Engineering Training program, welcoming our inaugural class of motivated high-school graduates.
Expanded Programs
Added AI & Machine Learning curriculum alongside Outreach & Mentorship, growing to 3 comprehensive training tracks.
Growing Impact
Surpassed 30+ trained students with a 100% satisfaction rate, building a network of 15+ active mentors across Ghana's tech industry.
