Since 2023, Py4High has worked to close the digital skills gap for students in underserved communities across Ghana, with training, mentors and the tools to take part.

Why we exist

Bridging the digital divide.

Students in marginalised communities across Ghana miss out on early exposure and hands-on training in tech. Without mentors, equipment or a clear path to learn, talented young people are shut out of the global technology economy.

Py4High meets this head-on. Alongside technical training, we give students the mentorship, materials and community support they need to thrive.

Our mission

To train a growing generation of Ghanaian tech innovators and leaders, with the skills, mindset and vision to understand Ghana's challenges and build sustainable, profitable solutions to them.

Founded
Py4High is established on 1 January in Deduako, Kumasi, to empower Ghanaian youth through technology education.

First cohort
Our first Software Engineering Training welcomes an inaugural class of motivated high school graduates.
